• Pricentrix is not responsible for misuse of scraping features

7. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee:

• Continuous uptime
• Error-free operation
• Immediate job processing (imports, scraping may take time)

The platform is hosted on Amazon Web Services (EC2 and S3, us-west-2 region). The public website runs on Vercel. Service availability may be affected by outages at these infrastructure providers.

8. Subscription and Billing

If applicable:

• Services may be offered under subscription plans
• Limits (e.g., products, competitors) depend on your plan
• Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise

9. Intellectual Property

All platform components (software, UI, branding) are owned by Pricentrix.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the platform
• Reverse engineer the system

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts if:
